Health is a great asset that an individual must-have for living a prosperous life. We can survive without excess money but we can’t survive without good health. We have always heard and talked about ‘health’ and ‘fitness’. Here health is associated with ‘overall well-being’.

Being healthy refers to the state of health which includes not only physical but mental and social wellbeing. In the present scenario, health is a great concern. And living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent many chronic diseases and long-term illnesses.



Normally Healthy and fit people become less susceptible to the medical conditions Steps to maintain Health and Fitness:

  1. Eat Nutritious food for good health, we need different types of nutrients, and no single food can supply them all. So we should try to eat a variety of food, which has good nutrition value. We can include fruits and vegetables as they are rich sources of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
  2. Stay Hydrated Drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. Drinking water regularly throughout the day is necessary because we keep losing water from our bodies in the form of urine and sweat. We can drink tap or mineral water and fruit juices can also be a part of our diet.
  3. Exercise daily Exercise is an important way to enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Exercise not only makes our body flexible and fit it also improves our circulation and body awareness. Regular exercise can help combat depression also.
  4. Go for healthy Breakfast is normally called ‘the most important meal of the day’. It breaks the overnight fasting period. It not only boots our energy level, but it also reduces the chances of getting diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight.
  5. Regular Check-ups every individual should go for regular check-ups as it can help to find potential health issues before they become a problem. Early detection gives you the best chance for getting the right treatment quickly, and avoid any complications.
  6. Have a sound sleep is a vital component of every person’s overall health and well-being which normally people neglect. Sleep is important because it reduces the chances of getting sick. Getting proper sleep may also help prevent excess weight gain, heart disease, and increased illness duration.
