Mental health is to create a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience & inner satisfaction. Childhood, adolescence, and adulthood, mental health remains to be important all through a person’s life.
Mental health problems may arise due to so many different reasons like stress, loneliness, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, death of a loved one, suicidal thoughts, grief, and addiction, self-harm, learning disabilities, etc., but the main reason of mental illness is overthinking & the search of finding happiness, success, and perfection in life.
We get so busy in finding the external things in life like success, money, fame, etc. that we forget to live & enjoy our life which adversely affects our inner peace and therefore leads to mental illness.



Life never goes the way we plan it, it always has so many surprises for us which we never expect!

So in such cases, it is very important to accept the things the way it comes to us in a positive way. This is the point where most people fail. As in such cases when people fail in their future plans, they consider this as their biggest loss and feel like to kill or end their life. As if nothing will now ever work in their favor. For them taking life becomes much easier than living their own lives.

Mental problems are very normal and anybody can be a victim of it irrespective of the class, status, etc. But what is very important with mental problems is to open up about the problems and share things with others. Remember no one can alone win any battle and so you. You cannot solve every problem going in your life and keeping it to your own self will only make things worst. Undoubtedly you only will solve your problem but speaking with others can give you strength, hopes, relief to get rid of your problem and get out of it.

So friends please start sharing your problems, take good care of yourself & your mental health, never hesitate to talk to your loved ones for any matter, take help it already is the most difficult year of our lives so stay safe & positive in every situation. Be a good listener for the ones who are dealing with mental problems. You never know your one phone call conversation can save a life. And can add new hope of life to someone’s life. Always accept all the challenges of life in a positive way with a big smile on your face.



Lastly want to give a small message from my Favorite lines from my favorite movie Chichore-

Hum har jeet, success, failure mein itne ulagh gaye hai, k Zindagi jeena hi bhul gaye hai, Zindagi mein agar kuch sabse zada important hai to wo hai khud ZINDAGI.
I always give a message to myself through these lines which I want to share with all that life is the most important, precious & beautiful gift which we all have received but it comes with a short span of time and the time also is unknown to us…so rather than wasting our lives and crying over things enjoy each & every moment & do whatever you want in this short span of time because you will never get this life back.
Stay safe, happy, and positive & fill your life with lots of beautiful memories.
