By Rida Abbasi | My trip to Rajasthan

My visit to Rajasthan was an amazing and a really special trip for me because that was the first time I was there. I made special memories at special and exquisite places. The only regret I have from my entire trip to Rajasthan is that I couldn’t see all of it. In addition to this, The culture, the food, the language, and the people were all one of a kind. If there is a place with the most modest and welcoming people, it is Rajasthan.

RAJASTHAN TOUR PLAN

The first thing you need to work out is how much time you are going to stay in Rajasthani land. The place is huge! There are more than enough places to keep you occupied for a month. However, To get a taste of everything that Rajasthan has to offer, the ideal time would be about two to three weeks.

RAJASTHAN TRAVEL GUIDE MAP

The guide map covers some of the best places to visit in Rajasthan. Out of the inventory of must-visit places of Rajasthan, we have picked out a handful of places that are definitely not to be missed. These are known for their rustic air and traditional food. Moreover, These places are Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, and Jaipur.

  • Jaisalmer: it is the most exotic destination in the Rajasthani land. This place is popularly known as the GOLDEN CITY of India because of its magnificent yellow sands.
  • Jodhpur: Its fifteenth-century Mehrangarh Fort is a palace-turned-museum. It’s the second-largest city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Jodhpur was historically the capital of the kingdom of Mewar.
  • Udaipur: it is the Rajasthan’s City of Lakes. Furthermore, Udaipur is connected with all the nearby cities and states by means of transportation facilities including Maharana Pratap Airport. Udaipur is known for its palaces.
  • Jaipur: this is the Pink City of India. Part of the city has traces of the old India while the other part of it has traces of the new India.

Mind you, this is not it. There are places like Bundi, Bikaner, and Pushkar that add to the already intense and mystifying beauty of the state of Rajasthan. Rajasthan is the kind of place that will definitely find its way onto the places-to-visit list of history lovers!
